About me
people who matter
My name is Moises Lemus, and I graduated from the Art Institute of Salt Lake City in 2013. While in school, I interned on the TV show Sister Wives, where I learned the fundamentals of storytelling and gained hands-on experience with the workflow of professional video production.
After my internship, I worked as an Associate Producer on the feature film Chick Magnets. Following graduation, I joined a small video production company where I collaborated with clients to develop creative concepts through storyboarding, scripting, and pre-production planning.
As I saw the potential and impact of the industry, I launched my own production company, Salty Block Pictures. Through my company, I specialized in branding videos, product campaigns, and documentary filmmaking. Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of marketing agencies and national brands, helping bring their vision to life through creative direction, production, and strategic storytelling.
My experience spans the full creative process — from concept development and art direction to social media marketing and video platform strategy. I’m highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and also have experience in website creation and animation design.
Having worked on two feature films, numerous short films, and more than 100 production sets, I bring a strong understanding of both the creative and logistical sides of production. I can step into multiple roles including Creative Director, Producer, Content Producer, and more. I pride myself on being adaptable — a true “Swiss army knife” in the creative field.
